Skinny-Fat Program Roadmap

The amount of information here can be overwhelming… especially if you don’t follow the rules. The course catalog is rather intuitive. You should make your way through the 100s before you begin the 200s or 300s.

Here’s a roadmap to help you get started.

Skinny-Fat Secrets is the bible. It contains the “Why?” of my skinny-fat transformation system. This is more philosophical and less practical. I recommend reading it (or watching it) when you have free time. You don’t have to finish it prior to getting started.

From a “hands-on” standpoint, you need to adjust two things: your eating habits and your exercise habits.

I recommend starting with /NUTRITION_101, which contains a few different fat loss resources. (Fat loss comes first. You’ll learn why in Skinny-Fat Secrets.) The first is Nerfed Fat Loss Nutrition, which contains very basic fat loss “cheat codes.”

Even though Nerfed Fat Loss Nutrition is rather primitive, you shouldn’t skip over it. It contains some useful information that will carry over to No Frustration Fat Loss, which will show you exactly what and how much you should eat.

There are a few other courses within /NUTRITION_101 that may be useful, but you’ll find your way to those organically as you move through No Frustration Fat Loss.

After eating comes exercise, which located EXERCISE_101….

The primary program is Look Like Lightning, which is a barbell-based strength training program. If you don’t have access to a gym, there’s a backup program: Gains Without a Gym.

You can find pictures and demonstrations of all of the exercise listed in each program in the Exercise Database.

The Exercise Database is arranged in a “Zero to Barbell” fashion. Although you can peruse the Database and find a specific exercise, I recommend going through the Database in a somewhat deliberate order.

Let’s pause here.

This is the “beginner” phase and, as you can see, many different things coming at you. In general,

  1. Fix up your eating
  2. Go through “Z2B,” see where you stand
    1. If okay, go.
    2. If unsure, reach out.
